According to the relevant provisions of the "Evaluation Measures for Science and Technology based Small and Medium sized Enterprises" (Guokefazheng [2017] No. 115) and the "Guidelines for Evaluation Services for Science and Technology based Small and Medium sized Enterprises" (Guokehuozi [2022] No. 67), the list of 4820 science and technology based small and medium-sized enterprises to be included in the second batch of Shanghai in 2024 (see attachment for details) is now publicly announced for a period of 10 working days from the date of announcement.

If there are any objections during the public notice period, please report them in writing to the Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center with real names. Objections should be based on facts, accompanied by relevant evidence materials, and signed with the name and phone number of the contact person. To ensure the objectivity, fairness, and impartiality of objection handling, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of those who have been publicly disclosed, the center will not accept anonymous objections without clear evidence and traceable clues.
