The construction site has a relatively flat terrain and is distributed in desert areas formed by large-scale wind and alluvial deposits. The surface vegetation is mainly desert vegetation and short shrubs. In order to protect the local natural environment, the construction of this project adheres to the concept of "green, innovative, efficient, and intelligent", and minimizes the impact of construction on the local environment as much as possible.

The project responds to the national energy policy requirements and meets the needs of the "Western Development" strategy and the development of Xinjiang's power industry. The integrated solar energy storage project can use energy storage to obtain greater benefits and play a positive role in the sustainable development of the local economy and the improvement of people's material living standards. Simultaneously playing a regulating role, smoothing fluctuations in photovoltaic output power, reducing impact and interference on the power grid. In emergency situations, energy storage can also serve as an emergency backup power source, improving power supply reliability and safety.
