On November 4th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the annual production of 16500 tons of green hydrogen for the Ningxia Taiyangshan Green Hydrogen Production, Storage, Transportation and Use Integration Project (Phase I) was held in the Taiyangshan Development Zone of Wuzhong City, Ningxia, initiated by the management committee of the Taiyangshan Development Zone, Shanghai Refire technology Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Seraphim Power Development Co., Ltd.

More than 300 guests, including key leaders from the Wuzhong Municipal Government, the Taiyangshan Development Zone Management Committee, hydrogen energy industry experts, representatives of upstream and downstream ecological cooperation entrepreneurs, and multiple authoritative media outlets, attended the groundbreaking ceremony together.

Li Cheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Wuzhong Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of the Government, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Wuzhong Taiyangshan Development Zone, stated in his speech that the Taiyangshan Green Hydrogen Project is the first major project implemented by the Wuzhong Municipal Party Committee and Government, as well as the Taiyangshan Development Zone, in accordance with General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions. It is also the first major project in the construction of the hydrogen ammonia valley. The commencement of the first phase of the project signifies a substantial step forward for the Taiyangshan Development Zone's hydrogen ammonia valley project and plays a good demonstration and driving role. We look forward to the completion and operation of the Taiyangshan Green Hydrogen Project, which will inject strong new momentum into cultivating and strengthening the new energy industry, promoting green transformation and high-quality development in the Taiyangshan Development Zone and even Wuzhong City.

Refire Group Chairman and CEO Lin Qi stated that the commencement of the Taiyangshan (Phase I) project marks the substantial stage of project construction. We look forward to working with hydrogen and electricity ecological partners from various fields to participate in the hydrogen energy ecosystem built around the Taiyangshan Green Hydrogen Project. Combining local resource endowment advantages, we will gather four key elements: national and local policy support, key technologies and equipment, industrial cooperation resources covering all links, and diversified application and consumption scenarios, to jointly create a "Taiyangshan model" of integrated development of wind, solar, hydrogen, storage, transmission, and use.
